We ship domestically in US and internationally!

We know you need the toners yesterday! Orders placed by 4pm PST can be shipped the same day. After 4pm, we’ll ship the order the next day

Return Policy:

Please send the items back packaged in the same manner that they were received or with additional packaging as needed to ensure safe delivery.

Our return policy provides for restocking fees for the following reasons:

The item(s) received back is damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped - up to 50% of the item cost
The item(s) was sold as new and is returned with obvious signs of use - up to 50% of the item cost
The item(s) is received more than 30 days from the date of authorization - up to 20% of the item cost

All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns.
Original shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs will be withheld from the refund unless the item was damaged upon receipt, different than what was ordered, or arrived beyond the delivery window.
